Student Rights and Responsibilities
Requests for reasonable accommodations are initiated by students. It is up to the student to let you know what they need. They must provide confidential documentation about their disability to the disability support service office staff, but they do not have to provide this to faculty. Students have a choice whether to accept or reject accommodations. They must fulfill all academic requirements for courses.
