National Center for Mentoring Youth with Disabilities
This site offers programs and information about mentoring youth with disabilities. It is a Massachusetts based national program interested in the development of one-to-one and group mentoring services. http://www.pyd.org/national-center/index.htm

Disabilities, Opportunities, Internetworking, and Technology
DO-IT serves to increase the participation of individuals with disabilities in challenging academic programs and careers. This is the official Web site created by the federal government to provide for information of interest to people with disabilities, their families, employers, service providers and others. Successful Transitions in Diverse Environments (STRIDE) Hawai‘i
STRIDE is a collaborative project to design, develop, implement, and evaluate an effective vocational rehabilitation model for mentoring culturally-diverse youth and young adults with disabilities as they transition into meaningful community environments, post-secondary education or employment.
